Marila is founded in Georgia — the birthplace of wine — producing a premium gourmet product created from Mediterranean sea salt and Georgian Qvevri amber and red wines with an 8,000-year history.

The brand is positioned as a premium culinary product and an exceptional gift for gourmets. It has been recognized by leading Georgian and international chefs and holds a respected place in high gastronomy.

Marila is not a mass-produced product. It is a distinctive culinary ingredient capable of transforming any dish into something exceptional. With Marila, chefs and food lovers can create signature dishes that stand out on any menu.

Marila is created using the company’s own recipe and production method, protected by the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia — Sakpatenti.

Marila is Perfect with steaks, grilled meats, and rich sauces. A perfect companion for fish, seafood, salads, and vegetables. Perfect for grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and creative culinary experiments. A surprising pairing for desserts, cheeses, and refined dishes.

Currently, Marila offers seven main varieties — “The Magnificent Seven”, each created from Georgian Qvevri wines Saperavi and Rkatsiteli.
