An exciting collaboration took place between Marila and renowned French chef Vivien Lebecq, who recently visited Tbilisi to host a series of special masterclasses. Chef Vivien first discovered MARILA at Alimentaria & Hostelco 2026 in Barcelona, where he was truly impressed by this innovative gourmet product.
An internationally recognized French chef with more than 30 years of experience in haute gastronomy, Vivien began his culinary journey in France at the age of 16 in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
His professional career spans numerous countries and culinary cultures. He has worked on and led gastronomic projects across France, Spain, Ukraine, the Mediterranean region, Asia, and South America. In addition, he is also a well-known food blogger with his own YouTube channel.
Chef Vivien’s greatest strength lies in his ability to combine classical French haute cuisine with a modern international gastronomic vision. He is recognized for his exceptional respect for ingredients, refined balance of flavors, and talent for presenting premium products from a completely new perspective. Throughout his career, he has also led professional kitchen teams, trained young chefs, and actively contributed to culinary education.
